I downloaded and extracted with winrar and here is the result, there is nothing to open osbot with.

You DO NOT Extract it! You need to run it with Java. If you do not have the latest version of Java installed, you need to download it here.

 

If you still can't run it, once that has been installed, right click the osbot.jar file and select run with > Java SE Platform Binary.
