Push ups

The Hero of Time

Recommended Posts

I find that quick sets of about 10 chin ups, pull ups, sit ups, dead lifts and squats two or three times a day keeps you in fine shape.

It works all of the major core and movement muscles and won't take any longer than 5 minutes, and you don't necessarily have to do them straight after each other.

Gradually work these sets up higher from 10 as you feel like you're ready for it and try to eat as much meat as you can.

Just remember the harder you work, the better your results.
