He asked me to pay with BTC or gp and i said i can in a week or so. I had logged into the account when he first gave me the details, afterwards I let it sit for a day or so. Tried to login lastnight and acc is banned, I assume a delay ban. The user has already refunded me. Evidence: EVIDENCE HIDDEN 1

Then it can still be a delayed ban. Did you already try recovering it? Usually when an account is banned while in posession of someone else other than the original owner, you can recover it as a hacked account.

As for now, the money is with Sentende.
