Explanation:

I bought his main for paypal, then he said his paypal broke and he refunded me the money. He asked me to pay with BTC or gp and i said i can in a week or so. I had logged into the account when he first gave me the details, afterwards I let it sit for a day or so. Tried to login lastnight and acc is banned, I assume a delay ban. The user has already refunded me.

Hard to prove who got the account banned, did he already try recovering it?

nope

I'm pretty sure I was in possession of the account for less than a day before it was banned

Just to confirm, i have not played the account for 1 week prior to the sale (around 3 weeks)
So anyways the money is currently with Sentende since it was refunded.

Then it can still be a delayed ban. Did you already try recovering it? Usually when an account is banned while in posession of someone else other than the original owner, you can recover it as a hacked account.

no i have yet to. I will try to do it now. As for now, the money is with Sentende.
