Hello everyone on OSbot, I am trying to buy VIP but everytime I try to pay it says I have to use my credit card? I have enough money on my paypal I even bought a script! why cant I buy VIP?

 

 

 

EDIT: I even put 15 EU as credit on the website it still says I need my credit card
