1. To protect myself against any disputes, any skills protected will stay protected and will not change throughout the service. The skills will be picked by the buyer before the service. 

2. Any/All bank items are at risk during this service. I cannot promise that I will not get PKed. I will try my best but sometimes things happen. It is up to you if you want to store items on another account. But that is up to you to do. 

3. You will not login or disrupt the account during the service. I will be paying very close attention to all the details due to the high risk of opening this service. If I notice anything off and have proof, I will be stopping the service and you will not be refunded. 

4. I have the right to deny the service or stop the service at any time. If I do decide on this (Very rare. Serious reasons for this) you will be refunded a % of how much of the service was completed. This % will be agreed on by both the buyer and myself. 

5. All my services will be hand done and the account will not be logged into a botting client. 

6. All required levels and items will be provided on the account. No ifs/ands/or butts. I will not be tasked with finding or getting the requirements with the game being so new and risky.  

7. The Osbot Global TOS will also be followed. 

 

 

 

Payments will be made with DMM GP or 07 GP. Rates for prices will be based on the exchange rate.

Your T.O.S are contradicted. You say you are not responsible for bans (personal T.O.S) but you are held responsible for bans when the service is hand done (which is applicable here) as said in the Global T.O.S of OSBot.
Please edit your T.O.S correctly so I can verify them.
