That makes no difference, you have been given the chance to resolve it how it is needed. Now you can either co-operate, or you will be IP banned. 

I will give you a few hours more to resolve this.

if you can't vid it let me join teamviewer on ur computer and let ME type in the recovery info you've provided into your computer/your ip and send the appeal to my email and see if it gets accepted. That's the least u can do if u cant make a simple video.
