I was testing my script, and saw that approaching draynor bank the screen turned red and it would say "Randon activated: Frog Cave"...

i had this same promblem but i think its with all the banks and i dont know how to fix it.

Are you running client version 1.7.24? if not download it from the main page.

Does the client auto update or do I have to download a new one every time?

the client does not auto update yet. You jus have to redownload it on the main page.

shouldnt need to do anything like that. Just download it and if the local scripts are updated they will work.
