Ended VIP renewal.. lost VIP status

Hey there, so I ended the VIP renewal so it wouldn't refresh every month and I could purchase when I wanted. But then it took my VIP and mirror client priveleges away completely. I paid for VIP through November 12th.

 

If I could please have VIP re-instated so I could use the mirror client that would be awesome.
