I personally had an account banned for botting and It wasn't banned under my IP, so I said it was hijacked and the account was made at my IP and played on my IP until botted on and banned somewhere else. What kind of hacker will hack your account to bot, but wont change your password and what not? I would assume Jagex keeps track of not only IP addresses logged in on, but also when important account information has been changed because it aids the recovery process. I just don't see anyone, well damn near anyone, getting unbanned at all. They will not ban for macro users, only for hijacked members.
