October 20, 201510 yr During the live macro major ban appeal periods have any of you gotten an account back. I personally had an account banned for botting and It wasn't banned under my IP, so I said it was hijacked and the account was made at my IP and played on my IP until botted on and banned somewhere else. Do i have a chance of getting it back?
October 20, 201510 yr you didn't have to explain anything, just post your name and they'd look. If it seems to them you were hijacked they will unban you. just depends .
October 20, 201510 yr Tbh, I think Jagex is doing it for the lols. What kind of hacker will hack your account to bot, but wont change your password and what not? I would assume Jagex keeps track of not only IP addresses logged in on, but also when important account information has been changed because it aids the recovery process. I just don't see anyone, well damn near anyone, getting unbanned at all. Hopefully they do, but I just feel like the whole idea is really suspicious lol
October 20, 201510 yr I've tried everything over the years trying to get accounts unbanned. These days once the ban has hit my account it's time to create a new one unfortunately!
October 20, 201510 yr No luck whatsoever. They never read appeals or emails. I feel like if you send them an email with the word "ban" it filters automatically to their spam folder.

They will not ban for macro users, only for hijacked members. Also they fall under the same category, hacking is different from hijacking.
