Void service disput

Explanation: Asked for void service. Was quoted 15m. Asked if it could be done by Friday 7pm (London Time) for 20m. This was agreed to and I paid 20m for the faster service. I only needed this to be done quick for a clan event, without it being done by 7pm I would miss the event. Thus not needing the service.

Friday at 7:30 I message and get no reply. At 11pm I find out its about 500/850 points.

Originally I expected good service and a full refund but was offered a refund of the part not completed or for it to be finished later. I then decided to accept and continue the later service but for the price of 15m which I was quoted to begin with (Which is lame because someone else quoted me 9.5m to be done by Saturday) However, this was declined and would only be completed for the price of 20m. Which isn't fair as the extra 5m was for the speed of service and I wouldn't of done it for even 15m if I had known it would of been later than this.

Would be happy to know whats the go with this?

I asked @thexokid to reply here to tell us why it wasn't finished in the time specified. I'd say you can give him (or the worker) time to finish the order, or, receive a refund and (if the order is not done, ask someone else to finish it) be done with  it.

The dispute is Im happy for the service to continue (may as well as its almost done). Just at the agreed price of 15m rather than 20m. Which IMO is fair and I've lost out but hey ho

I agree, you paid 5M extra for the speediness, but doesn't seem to have worked.

Me and mazza came to an agreement. I wasn't thinking when i was arguing the price and the service will be completed for 15m. Please close this dispute. Ty for your help dex :)
