If you would like to compare to those other skills, then you could call combat stats and agility 'safe'. But nothing is safe nowadays with botting. I recently bought VIP for mirror client because I was getting banned after my accounts had been running for 3 days. Oh if you're taking about the accounts that were banned, I was botting them about 6-10 hours a day with no breaks on normal client.
