public int onLoop() {
if (client.getMyPlayer().getHealth() < 25) {
log("Low health");
} else {
log("Good 1");
}

if (client.getSkills().getCurrentLevel(Skill.HITPOINTS) < 20) {
log("Less health");
} else {
log("Good 2");
}
log(client.getMyPlayer().getHealth() + " and "
+ client.getSkills().getCurrentLevel(Skill.HITPOINTS));
return 1000;
}

My HP is 68, and this is what the log returned:
[iNFO ][07/19/13 01:03:04 PM]: Low health
[iNFO ][07/19/13 01:03:04 PM]: Good 2
[iNFO ][07/19/13 01:03:04 PM]: 24 and 68
[iNFO ][07/19/13 01:03:05 PM]: Low health
[iNFO ][07/19/13 01:03:05 PM]: Good 2
[iNFO ][07/19/13 01:03:05 PM]: 24 and 68

Meaning client.getMyPlayer().getHealth() returns 24, which is wrong.

getHealth returns the percentage.

You're kidding me...fuck my life...

But why was it returning 24? Clearly my heal percentage was greater than 24, it was 100...lol.
