Will you be sending it as a gift?3. Is the source of money your pay pal balance or a bank account(or combination)?If first two answers are yes and third is pay pal balance, then there's virtually no way you can charge back(since you can't refund a gift, and you can't get your bank involved if the transaction is done purely with pay pal balance).All that said if you meet those condition's id be happy to sell you 100m.skype:spikeyhairedweasel
