My feedback on a user removed, only for him to give me negative?

Why it should be removed:

User gave me incorrect / negative feedback after I refused to buy his account and gave him negative feedback. I feel that me giving him negative feedback was totally appropriate due to the harassment and pure unprofessional comments I received from him Via skype. Pictures:

Details: As above, the user was very rude and tried to force his account on me, multiple times, even after I said that I did not want to purchase it anymore. After I had deleted the user (upon his request) he then continued to harass me, leading to this.
