Since the account is currently ALREADY BANNED for botting, there is absolutely no way it should get banned again for botting UNLESS YOU BOTTED THE STATS. 

 

Basically, by leveling for me, you assume all responsibility for a ban for BOTTING. In the the case that it does get banned for this, you will have two choices: We both agree on a price the account is worth, and you pay that much, or you can make/give me a brand new account that's essentially the same. Otherwise, you scammed me and I will open a dispute against you.
