Specifically, they need 30+ Smithing.

I've got an account with 62 Smithing. It also has 32 Agility so it can operate the pedals, along with 31 Crafting so it can fix the pipes. The account also has 31 Ranged, 72 Woodcutting, 45 Prayer, 4 days of memb and random other stuff. How much do you wanna offer? Let me know. We can also use a middleman!
