I've used IPvanish, which I think is pretty great. Of cause I can't tell for botting, cause I don't bot. But the software is flawless, easy to configure and can change your IP every X minute. (Just to name a smart thing) They most likely also have a server near you, so you don't have to use overseas servers with high ping and huge chance of locking your account.
