Lent account to friend, pass and email changed, Can I get premium scripts?

Featured Replies

So basically I had another osbot account and I lent it to a friend. He changed the password and email somehow and I'm not able to recover it. I can still provide proof of purchase for all the premium scripts on it however, is there anyway they can be transferred to my new account? Or I can get access back to my old account?

I can provide proof of purchase from the paypal email that bought the premium scripts.

But if I can provide proof of purchase shouldn't I have the right to still use the scripts?

Ask maldesto, otherwise your fucked my friend!

Account sharing was a rule? I didn't even know that. Yes it was a mistake, but if I payed for those scripts I deserve to have access to them.

I PM'd the administrator so we'll see what he has to say.

You were sharing your OSBot account, to be honest the account should be banned. This is like going to the cops and asking them to recover your stolen drugs.

It's up to Maldesto; stand by while he reviews the details.
