Proxy wont connect

So, I bought a SOCKS5 proxy from virmach.com and when I try to connect using my proxy on osbot it says it "failed to connect:connection refused" or "cannot connect to proxy: connection timed out" I don't know why it does this its so weird. I put my proxy IP in the host name box and all my other info in their respective boxes but its not working :( can someone please help me?

Those messages mean that the proxy is either off (refusing connections), is under heavy load (timed out), or there is some wrong information.

I turned off my windows firewall and it seems to be working just fine now. Thanks guys for you your help :)
