Why it should be removed: We agreed that he would do a service for my pure , 33-53 slayer for 7.5m, originally was 33-55 for 8m but some things changed , he wasnt sure he would have time for the whole thing and I was just going to quest the last bit of xp. We agreed on 33-55 for 7.5m and later I told him if he had time he could finish the last 2 levels

Details: user started my service and proceeds to message me 2-3 hours later saying he cant do the service anymore, which was wasting my time, the whole reason i left him the neutral feedback. 

 

afterwards he wants to message me trying to negotiate to get them both removed
