Why it should be removed: I explained to him my computer was not working, I did 1 level but my computer is acting up a lot right now so It's not like I just decided against it, sent screenshot to him for proof  ( https://gyazo.com/196446ffeb70d2e29840bfde2e53fd89 ) Neutral feedback should not be there.  Told him when my partner comes on he can finish the service, so I didn't cancel the service, I posponed it an hour or two.

He paid for you to do the service. He did not pay to wait an hour or two so you can get someone else to do it.

You told him he was free to find someone else so you canceled on him after agreeing you were able to do it.
