How to buy/sell items on the Grand Exchange

Hi. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can buy and sell items on the Grand Exchange as grandExchange.buyItems and grandExchange.sellItems only click the buy/sell buttons. I can search for an item using typeString but how can I select one of the search results?

Opening the GE and offering an item is fine however i can't get confirm to work?
