If you are low arround lvl 20-60 Combat stats train at minotaurs lvl 12 or 27 they are good xp x hour and they drop noted "pure essence", in many hours botting i made 4k pure essence that's 400K aprox, they are at first floor of stronghold dungeon.

Really no i normally baby sit it, but if you go into a world with low players, none is there, but i babysit it and i run 2-3 hours. then break.
