liverare Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 Network administrators could: Ban your laptop's MAC address, preventing you from connecting to the Wi-Fi. Ban your student address (if you require one of these to connect). Blacklist OSBot/RuneScape; preventing the bot from working (or the game). These are worst case scenarios. Don't hog the Wi-Fi, as it's not there to exclusively cater to you. If you get caught, try to explain that you were playing an MMORPG during your break times (though they may be able to check this against network usage times). I certainly wouldn't say "I was botting on an MMORPG", as I would imagine the network administrator see that as wastefulness.
