Right now in OSRS, are there any bots that are generally undetectable? If I've been banned for botting on one account before, is it safe to bot on another account on the same computer or should I invest in a proxy? Thanks

Just change ur ip , also you need to smart bot cuz botting is never safe . Mirror mode gives you more protection against bans :)

No bot or script is "safe" but you just got to bot smartly and humanly .
