Also Some of the scripts like pkhelper when you start it it keeps the long white lines horizontal and vertical thats not an option to turn on or off.

 

I think it's because bots in beta they haven't implemented every on/off button for EVERY function of visuals. So hope they'll get to it

you can turn user input on and off by clicking this at the top right corner:

as for turning off the mouse when your using things like the herbviewer i can support a toggle to be added. +1
