What do you mean splasher in pvp?

Someone who splashes on you with magic whilst doing hunter. So a really low lvl splashing you making you not being able to attacked. However if there is a low enough lvl he can kill the splasher and then you.

you cannot pj in pvp when you have a splasher on you fyi, so no you cannot be killed unless you lag out/ run outta runes
