I recently saw a guide on what the quests were to get the fastest combat levels on a fresh account.

I believe Waterfall was one of them but I forgot the others, if there were any. Can anyone please help me out?

    Just do some research here http://2007.runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Quest_experience_rewards

    If you're interested in other skills, You can do quests like Sea slug for 24 fishing (takes 10 mins), Hazeel cult for 20 thieving, and monks friend for 14 woodcutting. I know the topic for was CB levels but it seems like that's already been answered :P But Yeah there's a lot of quests that give quick levels.

    Not only cb stats, there are plenty stats you can quest the early levels from, just a tip :)
