2 simple questions regarding botting

Featured Replies

Hey everyone, I have 2 simple questions I'd like to know.

1. If I bot on one account, and than sell the stuff I botted and trade it over to my main, is my main now in danger of getting banned? (Please note there is no RWT involved here)

2. If I legit earn money on my main, trade it to a shit account, and than RWT it from that shit account, is my main now in danger of getting banned? (Please note that the money I earn on my main is earned without botting.)

Thanks in advance,

Proxkillah

PS: Quite new to the site, love it!

no sir you won't, well i havn't been banned doing this yet. so i don't think it will hapen unless jagex thinks your some big gold farmer then maybe..

Technical yes. You're earning money from a botted account and transfering it to another account. Just don't get caught transferring, get your main to kill it in deep wildy on a PvP world, it's a 70 level difference at 55 Wildy. Drop trade, duel arena etc, it's safer to use these methods rather than directly trading.

There's been cases in which main accounts that have never been botted banned due to the other bot accounts also ran in that  ip

I think they look at IP aswell yea. If they see you trading over those items then have sufficient proof of you RWT'ing I think they will just go ahead and ban your main.

It's not against the rules to transfer items from one account from another that is owned by you. Both mentioned by him aswell in his videos (actually saw them yesterday haha).

But as I mentioned above, if they have proof that you are RWT"ing those items then yes, they will ban you. He is a PMod, he will not RWT those items lol.

I remember about a year ago i was banned on all of my accounts for goldfarming macro or something just because i would transfer money from my botting accounts to my main.  Idk if they still give these bans but i would be cautious

TECHNICALLY you are using a bot to farm, or 'gather' gold. Which you are transferring to another account. This is breaking the in-game rules. What so Jagex discovered you've farmed 100M but have transfered it to a 'legitimate' account. Nah mate can't ban him because he's legit, even though he farmed all that gold. Use common sense!

If you had legitimately gathered the gold and transferred you wouldn't get banned.

They don't need proof that you are RWT'ing. You're breaking the rules by using a bot to gather gold. The account that you have transfered the money has an unfair advantage to other players, because you HAVE broken the in-game rules for macroing gold gathering.
