I believe it's due to the post restriction (100 posts), but I didn't knew it effected replies as well. Can you not post in the request section either? http://osbot.org/forum/forum/41-requests/

But when i go down to requests i can start a topic. And i thought it only affected starting accounts, but not replies as well.

Dex Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Unfortunately, the ACP doesn't allow us to implement this. We have set a post requirement of 100 posts for the account section but this means that you can only post and/or create a thread if you have 100 posts. We cannot implement something that would allow people to post on account threads with less than 100 posts and make sure they cannot create a thread in the section at the same time. I hope that the following picture will show you what I am trying to say.
