I'm trying to complete check out for one of the scripts. I'm using a simple classic VISA (debit) card

 

it says The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different debit or credit card number.

Try to pay as a guest on paypal and enter the card details that way.

I am paying as a guest, I don't have a PayPal account, mate

if its electron you cant buy on the internet, you need paypal

is anyone gonna help me for god sake?

 

Try to contact your card issuer and ask whether or not it can be used on paypal or not.
