quickzR Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 If you don't have enough balance and no card / bank account linked it will ask you this. Either add some more money or link something to fix. you can also choose to buy a voucher off someone for 07GP. Feel free to drop me a pm if you have questions about that.

I'm pretty sure that if you have balance you don't need to link it, seeing you well added money. You can also just link your bank account, that way you don't even need balance.

You can also just link your bank account, that way you don't even need balance. You need some sort of card linked in order to spend your balance, trust me, I've ran into the problem myself. Just as a security/anti-fraud measure OSBot requires that there be a credit card/bank account be linked to the paying PayPal. Source: I have been doing this stuff for ages.
