low FPS?

whenever i start up client im running @ like 90-120 FPS. As soon as i start up a bot it drops down to 1-10. (WITH LOW CPU OFF). Why is this?

 

I think it may be messing up the bot (not sure). 

 

Any way to fix this?

 

- Also does low cpu mess up the bot at all?
