na lol doubt they go for 40$ i think thats too much for an easy made account people just suicide them anywhere for instants goblins no food needed they just let them run there for days

But that's on PA, I'm pretty sure they get insurance so if it gets recovered they get their money back. (Atleast I think so, never used PA for accounts)

That is correct, and they do sell for that much. I made 15 lvl 60 wcing accounts and sold all of them for $6 a pop. Also sold a maxed main for $450, PA is the way to go for selling.
