Impensus Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 They have similar layouts because they are doing the same thing. You can probably make your own with a website designing kit (although a basic one) Or pay a company or person to make one for you.

It was a site I seen before that sells pre-made selling layouts.
