when i used to have a near maxed 60 attack pure it can do zulrah decently. not as well as a maxed main obviously but it got the job done.

I don't know if you'd consider it a pure but I am sure you could PK and boss with a 70 def range tank

Zerker, voider, range tank, but if you're expecting like a 1-20 defense pure, then none of them are really amazing for bossing. I'm sure they can all boss with enough practice / gear / dedication though..

range tank

Dher with veng would be best, or 99 range voider 

 

or high range is all thats needed for KBD

 

or if you want to do things like GWD masses or FFA or teams then all you need is 75+ attack and 90+ str

 

you can last for a while with high mage bonus and pray range in bandos

 

 

but Dher or void ranger are the best 

this builds are great for PVP and PVM

thanks guys so far I think I may have found one that I may pick from the suggestions Thanks Again!

do a void ranger then you dont have to do shit ton of quests for gloves

 

but do the quests for veng when getting def xp so you dont go oveR :P

you gonna end up spending more then you make lol. going to need the best food, super restores and all that . low def pures just get hit too hard

a zerker, range tank , barrows pure can do wonders with pvm

Zerker with b gloves ofcourse otherwise i dont consider it a zerk, but u can boss with a zerker
