However the way you need to think - If he does "give" real evidence, and Captain is a worker of yours then you are liable. @Orange scammed also, this is now getting stupid.

He is not a worker of mine, a partner is different. He is not getting paid for doing services. Instead, he is getting a share of the profit that I earn in exchange for helping me run the service.
