Taxonomy Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Alright. I got a VPN and it's the type of VPN that you connect to via Start > Network > VPN > Type in the VPN credentials. Not a client or anything. But I'm wondering if my main internet disconnects, will the VPN disconnect at the same time, thus showing my real IP for a split second? What if the VPN starts having connection problems and disconnects automatically? Will my real IP be exposed for the time being without me verifying the connection change?
