Incendiax
Disputed Member: [member=Road To 1M]Why it should be removed: The negative feedback is fictitious, as there was no payment made whatsoever. I told him that I would do a trial run to see if I could complete a NMZ account for him within 24 hours and completed the following: 18 Slayer 31 Crafting 30 Range. 36 Woodcutting 20 Agility 43 Prayer ____ I did this all for him and was planning on finishing the rest of the service, however my father was recently in an extremely severe car accident and I had to drive him to the hospital to get an MRI, and also drive him to an attorney's appointment following a lawsuit that is being filed against the company that rear ended him. As a result of this, I was not available to finish the service within 24 hours and opted out of the job, giving him the six+ hours of work I put into that account for completely free. As no payment was made and I gave him the account for free, I believe this feedback to be fictitious and would like to see it purged since I was kind enough to give him the account for no charge at all. Details: See above. Link to topic: Deal Topic Here Edited July 17, 2015 by Incendiax
Dex
I have requested @Road_To_1M to reply here. He has 24 hours to do so.
Road_To_1M
Hi, the feedback was left as I received no contact from this last message. http://puu.sh/j2tsr/3dd6dc4f1a.png In the time from that last message the user had logged onto the account, removed wealth/items and had moved the account from location castlewars bank to location lumbridge celler with no progress to the account. I messaged him 2 hours after the 24 hour mark saying this - http://puu.sh/j2tA0/8361d24401.png True there was no payment made for the feedback, but it is a warning to other buyers that he may mess you about. http://puu.sh/j2tCo/03c05d4f5a.png Thanks, Road. On my thread I state I need experienced questers and make it clear that it has a 24 hour deadline for full pay. He stated in the skype log that he would like to complete 10, and is capable of completing several at once. Thanks, Road.

Due the the circumstances of this transaction, I think it is resonable that he was unable to complete the service. Do you feel even with these circumstances of needing to help his father he is deserving of negative feedback?
Road_To_1M
Sure that may have been true, but I hear lots of excuses all the time. In the very busy times he was having he was able to log on take about 100k of wealth and not give me any heads up. He said that he was planning on finishing but then had to opt out. In any business if someone was to start a job and drag it out no matter what excuses or problems they had it would leave difficulties for both parties. I now have to advertise and find another person to complete an unfinished job.
Eliot
While the real life circumstances are unfortunate, the service provider acknowledged the real life issue while maintaining that the service would be completed within the requested timeframe. The staff has decided to leave the feedback.
