Horrible day for my computer

So besides the fact my computer crashes when it warms up.. I just got more problems to deal with. 

 

Most of the day i was playing Arma 3 King of the hill, was running smooth and fine. I left to go to a function and came back 7 hours later. Started my computer up, had my session crash, opened Arma3, look at server 35ping, connect lagging balls to the wall

check stats:

 

ping 400

desync 100000

 

Reset my router, verify the game, restart computer, still the same even on other servers.. I thought it was arma 3

 

Opened up  csgo, started a match of comp

 

During warmup, my csgo (fps) mouse dies and breaks....

Check ping 70, usual is under 20... 

 

router and modem are burning
