July 7, 201510 yr Hey! I have some money on RS Oldschool and I would like to sell it to OSbot members via PayPal. However, I have heard that it is somehow possible to refund money via PayPal by claiming that the account was stolen (or something like that). Can some1 (who has experience in gold selling) tell me what is the safe method or how should I sell gold on PayPal so I will actually keep the money? Thank you for your help!
July 7, 201510 yr You MUST take screenshots of all information (chatlogs/trade screen) to prove that you traded the gold. If you show that to Paypal you will win the dispute. I am looking to buy gold as well, if you are interested add me on Skype: legend.fan
July 7, 201510 yr As described always take screenshots or video the full conversation and trade to provide PayPal with as much evidence as possible, and if needed use a middleman to prevent anyone running off with your gold. Edit: Legacy is a good buy and trusted you'd be safe enough to trade with him. Edited July 7, 201510 yr by Captain America

July 8, 201510 yr for a new user testing out the water....go with a person high vouche/feedbacks get a private message over osbot....screenshot your trades/skype....your less likely to be scammed from a person who does it professional as this is there income
July 16, 201510 yr Author is there any difference if one gives me paypal as gifted (no fee) or as payment (2% fee)?
July 25, 201510 yr But does PayPal help you solving RSGP related disputes? No, not really. Even if you have evidence they don't provide much protection for 'virtual item' scams.
July 28, 201510 yr Have them send it from paypal balance as a gift with a note attached that they wont chargeback. Also have them send you their id and the receipt.
August 13, 201510 yr Screen shot all transactions. Also if anything were to occur i suggest calling instead of submitting info for the dispute. Calling is the best way because the dispute system is pure BS.
