So today one of my guys wanted to start working on his account when he logs in all supplies that we were told had been on the account werent on there and he starts accusing my guy that he took them. After chatting with beezmans it turns out that his computer has already been compromised before, this same week, and that he had logged on the account after ordering from us (breaking our t.o.s) which he agreed to. So now he'll be posting a dispute against us for the items taken whIle all evidence points to it being the opposite way around. Evidence: can i post pictures on sunday seeing as im out of town and away from a computer right now. Currently posting this from my mobile. Pictues i will be posting - skype chat with him telling me that he has been compromised this week already - picture of the account already logged in after he had ordered from us (hence breaking our t.o.s as well as maybe taking the items himself or him being compromjsed again) Is there anything else i need to post a picture of? Additional: i wouldve wanted to wait until Sunday to post/resolve the issue but seeing as he wants the issue resolved as soon as possible i've gone ahead and posted a dispute from my mobile.
