PayPal have changed used to get fucked back in the days due to online media transactions

What sort of friends do you have that would scam $2k...literally fk them over. This is the worst kind of person. IMO it's much better to have borrowers who never repay debts to their friends, at least that way you have some sort of verbal contract with the person.
