i cant download osbot! help!

Everytime I press to download OSbot it loads up WinRAR and I don't know what to do from there. I have tried extracting all the files but that doesn't work either. Please help, I want to get botting!

You need to run it with Java SE Platform Binary, NOT WINRAR.
