[Bug] Clicking area with ad still opens webpage after closing

This happens when input is disabled. Clicking around the chat box will still open a web page.

This conflicts with the "using paint to configure script settings" system I am about to release, as it doesn't allow people to put their "settings paint" where they would typically have their "progress paint".
