payment being after, and usually when account is banned refund is for the service parts that are not done as long as proof can be shown, eg if service was 1- 70 and i had done 69 - 70 i would get paid for the work done but rest if refunded to you.

well account should not be ban if ur not botting it and the bond well thats incase you do bot it and it gets ban i dont lose anything so yea only hand training
