Im trying to install it on a Virtual Machine which run Windows 7 32-bit but the actual PC is running Windows 8.1 64-bit and the bot work on it

Use proxifier

As for virtual machines.. mirror was never intended to be ran inside those, therefore even if you get it to run, the performance will be horrible.
