If i get something in my head ill try and make it. 99% of the time it wont be something to do with the theme lol I agree that it's difficult sometimes but a month to think of a concept that revolves around one theme should be sufficient time to come up with something. A month of thinking of a concept that revolves around a theme isn't hard IF it's worth it, so just make it worth the while and people would join.
