Skizow Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 I have tried this ( http://osbot.org/forum/topic/68924-for-windows-users-experiencing-could-not-load-stream-library-error/ ) solution but it obviously didnt work since im running a Windows Server 2012 R2. Could some one help me ?
